The highest prevalence of degenerative diseases in Banyumas regency is hypertension. The prevention of hypertension in elderly could be done by Elderly Posyandu. However, there are many problems which occur in Elderly Posyandu of Soka Nirmala III and Sejahtera II in preventing hypertension and its complication, such as the limitation of materials for blood pressure measurement, lack of knowledge for hypertension management, lack of knowledge about self-treatment for reducing blood pressure. The purposes of this programme were to give kits for hypertension measurement to elderly posyandu, to conduct training of hypertension prevention, training about diet management, training about elderly exercise, training about self-treatment for reducing blood pressure. This community service was done through health education, training, and simulation. This community service could improve the knowledge of cadres and elderly in managing hypertension, improve knowledge in conducting exercise for reducing hypertension, improve knowledge in diet management, and improve the knowledge about self-treatment for reducing hypertension. It is expected that the prevalence of hypertension and its complication could be reduced and the quality of life of elderly could be improved.},

Data dianalisis secara univariat untuk mengetahui kepatuhan perawat terhadap SOP sterilisasi, jumlah koloni, dan jenis bakteri, dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji T berpasangan (paired T test), untuk mengetahui perbedaan jumlah koloni bakteri pada pre dan post penelitian sedangkan perbedaan jenis bakteri pada pre dan post penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Data faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan perawat terhadap SOP sterilisasi berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan FGD dianalisis secaradeskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kepatuhan perawat dalam melaksanakan SOP sterilisasi belum mencapai 100%, tetapi hanya 42, 86-71, 43%, dengan rata-rata 57, 14%, tidak terdapat perbedaan jumlah koloni dan jenis bakteri sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan SOP sterilisasi, dan faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan perawat dalam melaksanakan SOP sterilisasi secara umum adalah faktor internal dan eksternal, tetapi yang paling mendominasi adalah faktor internal.},

Data faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan perawat terhadap SOP sterilisasi berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan FGD dianalisis secaradeskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kepatuhan perawat dalam melaksanakan SOP sterilisasi belum mencapai 100%, tetapi hanya 42, 86-71, 43%, dengan rata-rata 57, 14%, tidak terdapat perbedaan jumlah koloni dan jenis bakteri sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan SOP sterilisasi, dan faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan perawat dalam melaksanakan SOP sterilisasi secara umum adalah faktor internal dan eksternal, tetapi yang paling mendominasi adalah faktor internal. |

One of the exhaust particulate material from the welding process, this will be the potential occurrence of exposure to workers and caused renal dysfunction. Several risk factors have contributed in caused kidney difunction of workers. This study aims to determine the levels of cadmium metal (Cd), chromium (Cr), lead (Pb) with creatinine and Glomerulus Filtration Rate (GFR). The correlation of risk factors for renal dysfunction with creatinine and GFR. The risk factors that play a major role in caused kidney dysfunction. The method used is cross sectional. Sampling using purposive sampling with giving inform consent to the respondent. Provision of questionnaires and blood sampling as much as 3 ml according to ethical clearens. Measurement of metal content of Cd, Cr and Pb; serum creatinine and LFG levels. Number of respondents 30 people with 95% confidence level. The results showed that levels of Cr, Cd and Pb were 0.049 + 0.12 ppm; 1,029 + 2.38 ppm; 4,933+ 11,66 ppm. Cr levels are still within normal limits with levels but Cd and Pb exceeding the normal threshold. Creatinine levels of 1.867 + 0.446 mg / dl showed higher than normal. Minimum of GFR decrease in welding workers was 44 mL / min / 1.73 m2. Risk factors significantly correlated with creatinine and GFR was levels of Pb (p <0.05). Risk factors that play a major role in caused kidney dysfunction in welding workers in Purwokerto city is Pb content with 12.9% percentage effect on serum creatinine level and 9% effect on Glomerulus Filtration Rate.},
